There is no shortage of incompetent people.  It's just that every job is looking for competent people to fulfill those jobs.  The problem these days is getting rid of those low performers or like I said, incompetent workers.  One human resource complaint and it's like several managers/supervisors are suddenly not emphatic enough to be in their role of psychotherapis t buddy hugger.

It still takes skills to do simple jobs.  Yet the workforce of this current society is seriously lacking in actual skills.  How many culinary graduates can't even use a knife without cutting a fingernail?  I mean it's a butter knife.

I personally can't do manufacturing/assembly type work cuz my hands would cramp up over repetitive tasks.  That's me.

Comes from the top. Quantity over quality. Companies can get by with incompetent workers in mass. You just hire someone else.

Whereas you hire competent workers and then you're going to have to pay more, give them benefits and etc.

It all comes down to who gets their pockets lined; the workers or the owners. Prove me wrong?
