Calculate how much you want to make per month, then divide that to get your hourly wage but be ready to justify why you are charging such and such amount.

I think I should be charging $50 or more.  But since I'm a student, I'm used to getting low wages.  So I decided to go for $40 and it's agreed by both side.

$40 is about average for a pro. You got to have some serious buyer for that.

You should charge according to the amount of work you put into it.
