I'm still stuffed and don't even want to have lunch today. Might not eat anything till tomorrow.

Didn't need any breakfast this morning, either.

You got full by small bowl of pho?

I got full when I ate two medium-sized bowls of Pho. I'm thinking of taking the Pho challenge by eating the super size bowl.

A lot of meat in that small bowl I had.

I wouldn’t be able to do the pho challenge.

Your stomach can't handle huge amount of spicy and meats in such large bowl?

I can handle meats. But I can’t handle large amounts.

Tell me, you drink a glass of water or a cup of tea while eating pho?  :D

I drink soda like Coco Cola or Pepsi when I eat. Why is that? These type of sodas help breaking down/grinding meats and noodles while they're in my stomach. So I won't be full and I'll be keep on eating.
I learned this from experience. I remember a time my family and I went to eat Pho at the Vietnamese restaurant in Sac. They couldn't finish a bowl. There were some noodles and meats left in the broth.
The reason they couldn't devour all of the noodles and meats is that they drank water and tea which cause them to be bloated and full right away. My mind finally clicked... https://media.tenor.com/PhbaVasV9wAAAAAM/family-matters-ah-ha.gif

I've been having water instead of sodas or tea.

I'll keep sodas in mind if I ever challenge myself to a large bowl instead of the regular bowl.
