Saw a video where car jacker jumped out from another car with handgun and owner of intended target left his car. Car jacker got into the intended car and the car wouldn’t move and the car sat for a bit until police showed up and jacker came out and laid on the ground with hands on his head. Yep, can steal a manual car if you don’t know to to drive one.
