I don't see how you find "death" a funny thing. Some states do not have the infrastructure to deal with certain inclement weather. It's similar to a tsunami hitting Wis. and killing you. I don't think Wis. has the the infrastructure to deal with tsunamis or hurricanes or even tornadoes.
